IMT-61: Medium-Strength Anodizable Aluminum Alloy
Developed for electronics and other sectors with strict aesthetic requirements, IMT-61 enables direct plain or colored anodization on printed parts. It forms uniform, dense coatings with greatly enhanced corrosion and wear resistance, fully meeting high-end appearance standards.
This material eliminates common cracking issues of conventional aluminum alloys. Printed parts achieve a relative density of ≥99.8% for reliable fabrication of complex components. Combining excellent anodization performance and mechanical strength, IMT-61 cuts costs and boosts efficiency, ideal for consumer electronics, robotics, electric vehicles, aerospace and more.

IMT-Al200: High Thermal Conductivity Aluminum Alloy
Tailored for 3D printed heat sinks, IMT-Al200 delivers both high thermal conductivity and mechanical strength, overcoming the drawbacks of poor heat dissipation and insufficient density seen in regular aluminum materials.
Printed parts feature tensile strength ≥200 MPa, thermal conductivity >200 W/(m·K) and density ≥99.8%, with zero cracks. It is fully compatible with SLM/LPBF processes. IMT provides supporting process parameters, custom powder solutions, test reports and technical commissioning to accelerate customers’ mass production. This powder is optimized for heat dissipation and lightweight structural components.

Product Advantages
Both grades boast a broad process window, crack-free printing, no rare earth or precious elements and low costs. They support stable mass production of high-performance aluminum alloy parts, lowering material expenses and printing risks while improving overall profitability and market competitiveness.
